These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReportMapper desktop application and related services. By using ReportMapper, you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase of a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReportMapper on the number of devices specified in your license tier. This license is for your personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
ReportMapper and all related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that we retain all rights, title, and interest in the software.
You retain all rights to your data. ReportMapper processes your reports locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store the content of your reports. You are responsible for backing up your templates and data.
Your license may include access to software updates for a specified period. We may release updates at our discretion but are not obligated to provide specific features or fixes. Support is provided via email during regular business hours.
Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@reportmapper.com.
REPORTMAPPER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF REPORTMAPPER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ReportMapper after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
